Large house in Beachhaven, North Shore, short term rental, close to shops and bus stops to the city. House has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with views of the harbour. Sunny, warm room , fully furnished (single bed) has a built in double wardrobe and cupboards, room has new carpet and has been painted recently. Rent includes power, telephone and internet (wireless). I have 2 cats.
Would prefer someone who cooks their own food
I am a 52yr old mother and have 2 boys aged 15 and 11 who live with me. Also have a 19yr old son who lives with his Dad. I am from the UK, and have lived in New Zealand for 25years.
