Hi David - We are 2 "old blokes" (NOT a couple) a need 2 nights accomodation for the 8th and 9th of October - RWC Quarter finals weekend. The floor will do - if its not too hard. Can you accomodate us and if so what is the rate ?

there will be 2 separate rooms, 1 with single bed, 1 with double bed. will be $100 ex pp per nite - that will be $400 for the 2 of you for 2 nites. (Cash in advance if that's ok)Any food, beverages extra, but happy u use kitchen for basics. will need photocopies of passports and a $100 bond on chwekcing in which will be refundable. Hope that's all ok - need to cover myself where are you from?

Hi again, is that 7.35 am? I could meet you at about 11am. Possibly before but would have to confirm that. It is in Oriental Bay. a 10 min walk to a vibrant part of town, and 40 min walk to stadium. On bus route to both. What time will you depart Sunday? If you confirm, trust it is ok re the $400 tarif and $100 bond in advance? in cash! the rooms are in a private dwelling. Both very separated from myself, toilet/bathroom to share amongst you 2. we all need to share the kitchen. I think that all sounds good except we're departing on Monday not Sunday. We need 2 nights accommodation - Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th. We arrive at 7:35 am on Saturday the 8th and our flight home is on Monday evening.
Hopefully this is still alright with you. Let me know and I will send you a confirmation and book through this organisation's website tomorrow (29th September). I can still give you $100 refundable bond when we arrive.

Hi and thanks for the message. I could meet you by 10am at the house or latest 10.30. ( I could possibly arrange for you to leave your baggage here (up stairs on verandah is very safe), and you could get a cofi or have a walk till I get back. there's a good cofi shop and promenade 100m away. Yes I had it all wrong. you pay the rental fees through this site, and just give me the refundable deposit when you arrive.
Monday we'll just work it out to suit, but you could probably leave your baggage here during the day. Just wanted to stress it is a home, not hotel, but your digs and toilet are quite separate. Food basics provided,but not prepared by me. Up to you guys!

Hi David. I have made a booking request via this website so I assume that when you confirm the request, I will be asked to provide Credit Card details etc. There was no option to make a booking for 2 people so either I can pay you the the other $200 directly, or book another single via this website. What do you suggest ?
