Description

Hi I am a 53 year old woman who has a  carpetted large single bedroom with thermal lined curtains plus heater, electric blanket and room for a computer (jack point and powerpoint). If you have your own computer (laptop) use of it is unlimited.Please leave your laptop in your room.  Would prefer a woman to stay.Everything is included. Bed,bed linen is supplied, breakfast, dinner, lunch, power ,food, laundry.Payment is in advance. Sorry no smoking allowed.Sorry no pets allowed as I have a lovely cat. Internet available... yes but computer is on dialup and is slow. You can use it if you want to. Finish of internet is 10pm.Use of internet in the morning is 10 am onwards.to 2pm. 7pm to 10pm on my computer.  Good homely dinner, breakfast is continental or rolled oats. Lunch varies . All that is required is that you tell me if you are in for tea or not.

Transport is frequent Buses operate every 30  mins and on Sundays hourly. Rangiora is 40 mins from Christchurch. 10 mins from Kaiapoi. 90 mins from Hamner. If you have no transport eg Rolleston I am willing to meet you at Hornby or the airport.
