Description
Hi have a large empty country home 10mins from Thames on the Coromandel Peninsula, the offspring having now flowen the coup. Set on 1 1/2 acreas amongst dairy farms on a sealed road. Have 2 x small dogs, plus chickens, goats and a couple of ponies. Am a keen gardener and have a lovely large lawn perfect for the kids to run around or just sit on the deck and enjoy the quiet country evenings. Plenty of off street parking even room for a camper or 2. I work part time but am always home to cook the evening meal if required. Long or short term stays ok. Can negotiate price for long term stay.
