Large house with POOL. Great living area with plenty of space. Full-speed wireless internet. 

Three fully furnished double rooms available for the summer. Available from mid NOVEMBER to mid FEBRUARY. Prefer tenants who would like to stay this whole time, but do contact us if you want to stay for part of this time.

Rooms are $100 per week. Expenses are an additional $20 per week and cover electricity, phone, broadband internet, communal necessities (toilet paper, light bulbs, cleaning products), pool chemicals.

We are looking for a student,full-time worker or traveller who's open-minded and sociable, yet clean and tidy. We also have one cat.
